which doesn’t tighten anything, which doesn’t need to be ironed and when you wear it, you feel like you’re not wearing any clothes at all. Especially nice for slightly updated summer skin, in its simplicity it works with many kinds of bags, shoes and jewelry. For everyday life, why not for a party!
The new favorite is yellow like the sun
I saw the yellow beauty in the spring on Vilona Store’s Instagram and immediately sent a message to make a reservation – this dress is a must have. I could imagine myself wearing it during spring working days, on a sunny home terrace with daytime coffee and during a summer evening meal on a riverside terrace. You could combine it with a denim jacket for the dark evenings at the end of summer. Versatile, a bit too much in the 30 degree heat, but quite a suitable choice for all other moments.
The light blue dream is an all-time favorite
….which I remember three or four years ago from Mango in Helsinki. It may be five years since the purchase. Thank you time. But the dress stays. I have worn this linen dream at many summer parties, project shootings, work days, friends’ meetings and just on a normal summer day. On Midsummer (on the island) I wore a dress, according to the color of which I had also ordered a flower wreath. For myself and my nine-year-old daughter. A wonderful and easy-to-care for everywhere dress!
Crab porridge – orange at the bottom
This is not a dress, but you are allowed to be in that category for the duration of this blog post. One of my most important skirts and one of my best impulse purchases ever. I bought this from H & M’s discount sales in 2020 for a transit trip. It shouted at me. We had a very small crab party, and the skirt was just perfect for a party outfit. White ears on the top and nice earrings on the ears, that’s it. This summer, I kept this with an off-white top. Do the same.
The summer-colored dress is suitable for parties and everyday life
If I had to describe this dress in one word, it would be fresh. Fresh for spring and summer. I bought this from Lindex about five years ago. It’s still one of my favorites. I wore this this spring in work Teams with Sateet replacements from Iltasatu Design. I also dressed like this on Midsummer’s Day in an archipelago restaurant. Versatile and beloved.
Long-sleeved shirt dress as such or with trousers
This is my latest purchase. Only’s collection. Quite ultra-light, even if it has a sleeve. It is suitable as a hanging dress without any pants, but I thought I would wear this with tight jeans, for example, during the first working days of August. I also see myself with this on a city trip and a river bank pop. Oh that.
