This vegan green smoothie has a deliciously creamy texture thanks to avocado and the freshness of the lemon and the sweetness of the banana soften the taste of the cabbage to nothing. The raw materials are rich in vitamin C, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, among others. The need for calcium is especially high in children of childbearing potential and during pregnancy and lactation. This recipe is also a great source of calcium for a dairy-free diet.
Delicious and healthy green smoothie
2-4 cabbage leaves
1 banana
½ avocado
1 lemon juice
1-2 dl water
2 tablespoons rice or pea protein powder
If you still grimace, add a handful of blueberries. This is also a great way to disguise a smoothie for even the most demanding jury! Please also note that the recipe smoothie is not suitable for infants due to the nitrate content of kale. High levels of nitrate can interfere with the transport of oxygen in the body of a small child.
